内媒报道，中国银行(03988.HK) (601988.SH) 副行长武剑在2025年中期业绩发布会上表示，目前风险管控压力主要集中在房地产业、个人贷款和境外业务。
境内对公方面，主要是地产风险仍在持续出清。武剑表示，房地产业仍是境内新发生不良第一大行业，但实质新增按年已出现下降趋势。随着房地产供需两端政策同向发力，预计房地产市场有望逐步止跌回稳。
个人业务方面，武剑指出，上半年个人经营贷款及消费贷款新发生不良比率按年有所增加，预计资产质量在一段时间内仍将持续承压。中行已采取一系列措施，将加强风险前瞻性管控及贷后管理。
境外业务方面，上半年新发生不良按年有所下降，但下半年外部环境的不确定性尚未减弱，将进一步强化重点领域、区域的风险研判及应对化解，加大优质客户的差异化支持力度，推动海外业务更高质量地发展。
