SharpLink Gaming (SBET) said Wednesday that it has provided certain equity awards to its new co-CEO, Joseph Chalom, as an inducement for him to join the company.
The company said that it has given Chalom time-based restricted stock units covering 295,590 shares and performance-based restricted stock units covering 147,795 shares, effective Aug. 27.
