Adriatic Metals (ASX:ADT) said that the High Court of Justice in England and Wales sanctioned the scheme under which the proposed acquisition by Dundee Precious Metals of the firm is being implemented, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The scheme is conditional on the delivery of the court order to the Registrar of Companies. The scheme is expected to become effective on Sept. 3.
