Odaily星球日报讯 耐克公司（Nike Inc.）与总部位于底特律的在线交易平台 StockX，就与运动鞋相关的 NFT 及商标滥用问题，于上周五在纽约联邦法院达成和解，结束了这场为期三年的诉讼。此前，一名法官裁定该转售平台出售假冒运动鞋，至今已逾半年。此次和解立即取消了原定于 10 月进行的陪审团审判，并带有偏见地驳回了所有诉求。此举使 StockX 免于面临不利裁决的风险，同时也让耐克避免了将品牌保护策略置于陪审团面前的不确定性。该案于 2022 年 2 月在纽约南区法院提起，当时耐克指控 StockX 侵犯其商标权并造成商标淡化，声称其“Vault”NFT 未经授权使用了耐克运动鞋的图像来销售与实体鞋挂钩的代币。（Decrypt）
