青岛日报社/观海新闻9月3日讯 为确保“纪念中国人民抗日战争暨世界反法西斯战争胜利80周年大会”期间的国际海缆通信安全，8月31日到9月3日，青岛市海洋与渔业行政执法支队联合中国联通青岛市分公司乘“中国海监4073”开展了青岛管辖海域海上护缆专项执法行动。
“中国海监4073”船长孙洪玉表示，近年来，国家高度重视国际海缆的保护工作，建立了通信海缆保护省部际联席会议制度，成立了山东省通信海缆保护领导小组，强化协同联动，形成了齐抓共管的良好局面。 本次专项执法的四天时间里，累计巡视近1000海里，驱逐海缆保护区内违规作业渔船200余艘，发放护缆宣传材料1600余份，高标准、高质量完成了本次大会的通信保障任务。
据悉，青岛是中国三大国际海缆登陆点（青岛、上海、汕头）之一，是我国北方唯一的国际海缆登陆点和大型国际海缆通信枢纽，目前共有东亚环球海底光缆（EAC）和中美跨太平洋直达光缆(TPE)两个系统的三条国际海缆在青岛登陆，海缆保护意义重大。（青岛日报/观海新闻记者 李勋祥）
