新西兰将放松对外国人购房的禁令，为高净值投资移民购买豪宅打开大门，这是奥克兰提振低迷经济的举措之一。

　　新西兰政府周一宣布，将允许持有所谓“黄金签证”的富裕投资移民购买价值至少500万新西兰元（约合300万美元）的房产。这将为自2018年以来基本将海外买家挡在本地楼市之外的购房禁令打开一道缝隙。新西兰总理Christopher Luxon表示，新规将在年底海外投资法修订获得通过后实施。

　　“限制外国人购买住宅的禁令仍将保留，”Luxon说。“然而，政府希望为新西兰带来更多投资、技能、创意和人脉，而AIP黄金签证能实现这一点。”
