观点网讯：9月2日，江西省公共资源交易平台发布赣州市章贡区园林环卫综合运营项目中标候选人公示。该项目预算10亿元，最终以6.9亿元成交，成交折扣率达69%。6个标段分别由碧桂园服务、蓝天路之友、鑫梓润、鸿粤环境等五家供应商预中标。
此次招标是典型的价格驱动型采购，中标结果呈现出显著的“价低者得”特点。所有六个标段的第一中标候选人均为报价最低者。其中，2标段、6标段以61折成交，3标段以69折成交，1标段、4标段、5标段均以70折成交。赣州市章贡区本轮次环卫市场化招标划分为6个标段，服务期五年（采用“3+2”模式），采购总预算10亿元。
值得一提的是，碧桂园服务中标河套老城区项目，服务范围：赣江街道、解放街道、东外街道、南外街道，报价约2.27亿元。
