Endava Fiscal Q4 Adjusted Earnings Rise, Revenue Falls; Fiscal Q1, 2026 Outlook Issued

Endava (DAVA) reported fiscal Q4 adjusted earnings Thursday of 0.24 British pounds ($0.32) per diluted share, compared with 0.22 pounds a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected 0.22 pounds.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was 186.8 million pounds, down from 194.4 million pounds a year earlier.

For fiscal 2026, Endava expects adjusted diluted EPS to be in the range of 0.82 pounds to 0.94 pounds. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect 1.13 pounds. Revenue is forecast in the range of 750 million pounds to 765 million pounds. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect 766.6 million pounds.

Endava shares fell more than 17% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
