智通财经APP讯，中国海外发展(00688)发布公告，于2025年8月，中国海外系列公司的合约物业销售金额约人民币183.30亿元，按年下跌0.7%;而相应的销售面积约为88.85万平方米，按年上升27.7%。
2025年1月至8月，中国海外系列公司累计合约物业销售金额约人民币1503.31亿元;而相应的累计销售面积约666.85万平方米，分别按年下跌16.5%及0.2%。
此外，截至2025年8月31日，中国海外系列公司取得已认购物业销售约人民币53.63亿元，预期将于往后数月内转化为合约物业销售。
2025年8月，公司及/或其附属公司没有收购任何地块。
此外，2025年8月，中海宏洋(连同其附属公司(统称“中国海外宏洋集团”))在广东省惠州市收购了一幅地块，权益建筑面积约17.95万平方米。中国海外宏洋集团就相关土地收购的权益土地出让金约人民币6.22亿元。
