长飞光纤(601869.SH)盘初涨超6%，报97元，股价创历史新高。 消息面上，商务部公布对原产于美国的进口相关截止波长位移单模光纤反规避调查的裁决。商务部裁定，美国光纤生产商和出口商通过改变贸易模式的方式向中国出口相关截止波长位移单模光纤（G.654.C光纤），不具有充分的商业合理性，削弱了现行反倾销措施的实施效果，构成了对原产于美国的进口非色散位移单模光纤反倾销措施的规避。根据调查结果，商务部向国务院关税税则委员会提出调整征税范围的建议，国务院关税税则委员会根据商务部的建议作出决定，依据相关规定，自2025年9月4日起，将原产于美国的进口非色散位移单模光纤现行反倾销税税率适用于原产于美国的进口相关截止波长位移单模光纤。 对各公司征收的反倾销税税率如下：康宁公司（Corning Incorporated为37.9%；OFS-费特有限责任公司（OFS Fitel, LLC）为33.3%；德拉克通信美国公司（Draka Communications Americas, Inc.）为78.2%；其他美国公司为78.2%。
