公司旗下项目于昨日亦录得多宗成交。当中，由港铁公司(00066.HK) 、信置、嘉华国际(00173.HK) 及招商局置地(00978.HK) 合作发展，位于日出康城的凯柏峰系列昨日(1日)再沽12伙，单日套现逾1.04亿元。最高成交总价及呎价单位为第3A座67楼F室，属三房一套连储物室及工人套天台特色单位，实用面积为928方呎，另设44呎平台及691呎天台，成交价1,854万元，呎价19,978元。
另外，信置与中海外(00688.HK) 、嘉华国际合作发展的锦上路站柏珑同日再沽9伙，3伙为两房单位，6伙为三房单位，单日套现逾9,400万元。其中，最高成交价为柏珑II第9座9楼A1单位，实用面积974平方呎，四房一套加工作间(连洗手间)间隔，成交价1,587.78万元，呎价16,302元。最高成交呎价为柏珑II第8座16楼A5单位，实用面积521平方呎，两房连储物房开放式厨房间隔，成交价887.4万元，呎价17,033元。(sl/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-09-01 16:25。)
