消息面上，中国秦发近日发布2025年中期业绩，该集团取得收益人民币10.89亿元(单位下同)，同比增加120.79%；公司拥有人应占亏损1.26亿元，去年同期则取得溢利4302.2万元。国盛证券指，公司亏损主要源于山西矿区部分矿井资源枯竭已终止经营（下半年将剥离出上市公司，不再对公司业绩呈负面影响）。考虑到下半年公司轻装上阵业绩有望恢复，叠加2026年SDE二期投产放量贡献业绩，该行预计公司2025-2027年实现归母净利润分别为1.6亿元、6.8亿元、11.5亿元。
