Chinese new home prices are forecast to decelerate more slowly in 2025 by 3.8% compared with a May forecast of 4.8%, Reuters reported Thursday, citing a survey by the news outlet.
In 2026, prices are seen to decline 0.5% more before returning to a 2.7% growth in 2027, the report said.
Among economists surveyed by Reuters, the forecasts were widely dispersed, ranging from a 15% slide to a 1.5% decrease, the report said.
