Telefonica Mulls Sale of Former Madrid HQ, Bloomberg Says, Citing Sources

--Telefonica is considering the sale of its former headquarters in Madrid after an unsolicited approach for the asset, Bloomberg reports, citing unnamed sources.

--The Spanish telecommunications company has held internal discussions over opening a sale process for the building, which could have a value of between 250 million to 300 million euros ($292.8 million-$351.3 million), Bloomberg says. However, no decision has been taken yet, it adds.

--A spokesperson for Telefonica declined to comment, Bloomberg reports.
