中国银行业协会于近日正式发布《中国金融租赁行业发展报告（2025）》。报告显示截至2024年末金融租赁公司总数为67家总资产和租赁资产达4.58万亿元和4.38万亿元分别同比增长9.65%和10.24%。金融租赁公司积极落实监管要求回归以融物为核心的业务本源突出租赁产品自身专业属性和特色加大直租业务投放。截至2024年末金融租赁公司直租资产余额达6405.38亿元同比增长52.73%；当年直租投放3522.98亿元在投放总额中占比19.56%。（中国银行业协会官网）。
