广期所多晶硅期货价格全线大涨。其中，主力合约PS2511收盘涨幅达6.03%，PS2510合约收盘涨幅也达到了5.69%。消息面上，昨日多晶硅巨头协鑫科技在业绩说明会上披露两则关键消息。一为多晶硅企业并购重组计划的最新进展。 协鑫科技首席财务官杨文忠称：“我们相信改革（并购重组）应该很快会有更明确的信息出来。”其表示，需先确定并购重组方案中公司需承担的资本开支，再决定公司的回购方案，以在总体上管控好公司的现金流（关于多晶硅行业并购重组计划，详见【市场探“涨”】硅料涨价！“硅料界OPEC”胎动）。二为对未来多晶硅价格在6万元/吨—8万元/吨运行的预期。协鑫科技联席首席执行官兰天石回顾，自7月以来，监管方面严抓不低于成本价销售，多晶硅价格快速修复，目前已拉升至行业平均成本线之上。管理层展望，未来多晶硅行业库存将慢慢下降，价格继续小幅上升。 未来多晶硅价格于6万元/吨—8万元/吨区间运转的可能性较大。杨文忠还表示，随着行业整治内卷力度的加大和产业有序竞争的推进，在保持目前颗粒硅4万余元每吨售价的情况下，公司8月底至9月左右可以恢复盈利，即公司报表层面的盈利。
