智通财经APP讯，阿尔法企业(00948)发布公告，董事会建议按以下方式进行股本重组：
(i) 股本削减，据此，透过注销每股已发行现有股份0.159美元的缴足股本，将每股已发行现有股份的面值由0.16美元削减至0.001美元;
(ii) 紧随股本削减生效后进行股份分拆，据此，将每股面值0.16美元的法定但未发行现有股份(包括因股本削减所产生的法定但未发行现有股份)分拆为160股每股面值0.001美元的经调整股份;
(iii) 股份溢价削减，据此，股份溢价账进账总额将削减至零;
(iv) 将股本削减及股份溢价削减所产生的所有进账额转拨至公司的实缴盈余账，用于削减公司的累计亏损及╱或由董事会根据细则及百慕达不时的所有适用法律，以任何其他方式应用，而无需股东进一步授权。
此外，董事会建议待股本重组生效后，将在联交所买卖的每手买卖单位由2000股现有股份改为2万股经调整股份。
