引述外媒消息， 新世界发展的控股股东郑氏家族考虑最早于今年年底向新世界发展注资。
郑氏家族或出资约100亿港元，并寻找能够提供大致等额的资金来换取股权的合作伙伴。正在讨论中的计划是成立一家合资公司，为新世界提供流动性。谈判仍在进行中，交易规模和结构的细节仍可能有变。
