消息面上，晨鸣纸业近日发布2025年半年度业绩，该集团期内取得营业收入21.07亿元人民币，同比减少84.83%；归属于上市公司股东的净亏损38.58亿元，同比盈转亏。报告期内，公司湛江生产基地、吉林生产基地、寿光生产基地部分生产线处于停机检修状态，产销量同比下滑，影响收入、利润下降；受停机检修影响，公司对部分资产、应收款项计提了减值和坏账准备，盈利水平下降。
公司指出，自2024年四季度以来，公司部分生产线停机检修，公司根据《深圳证券交易所股票上市规则》的相关规定对前述事项进行了披露。截至本报告期末，公司累计债务逾期金额达人民币38.21亿元，累计被冻结银行账户332个，被冻结银行账户的冻结金额累计人民币3938.05万元(未含保证金)，公司部分生产线仍处于停机检修状态。
