智通财经APP获悉，华电国际(01071)午前涨超3%，截至发稿，涨2.99%，报4.48港元，成交额1亿港元。
消息面上，8月28日，华电国际发布截至2025年6月30日止6个月中期业绩，该集团取得营业总收入人民币599.53亿元(单位下同)，同比减少8.98%；归属于母公司所有者的净利润39.04亿元，同比增加13.15%；基本每股收益0.33元，拟派发中期股息每股0.09元(含税)。本报告期内，营业收入减少主要原因是发电量减少、电价下降及煤炭贸易业务模式优化等影响。
值得一提的是，华电国际电力股份发布公告，董事会于2025年8月28日审议并批准公司及华电金沙江拟签订的增资协议，据此，华电金沙江将新增人民币50亿元的注册资本，而该公司同意按照12%的股权比例认缴出资人民币6亿元。增资协议预计将于2025年9月30日或之前完成签署。增资完成后，华电金沙江的注册资本将增加至人民币150亿元，且将全部由华电金沙江现有股东按现有股权比例出资完成。公司于华电金沙江彼时的经扩大注册资本中所持股权仍为12%。
