　　近年来，虚拟资产领域出现了显著的发展与进步。董事会认为，引入与虚拟资产相关的交易服务将显著扩展集团的服务范畴，并开拓额外的收入来源。

　　透过探索虚拟资产领域的机遇，集团正在努力开辟新的收入来源，并发展专业知识，以增强其能力。董事相信，透过纳入虚拟资产扩展服务项目将提供有别于传统金融资产的独特功能和回报模式。此举有望吸引更广泛的客户，并创造额外的收入来源，从而提升集团的经营业绩与财务状况。
