此次交易涉及本公司的附属公司北京一脉信息与一家数据技术及应用公司及北京国际大数据交易所有限责任公司签订的数据交易三方合作合同，并于2025年9月1日完成首批数据的交易。
本次交易旨在推动数据要素的规范化整合与市场化交易，确保了交易流程的合法合规，并维护了各方的合法权益。此次合作不仅为本公司的核心数据资产变现提供了新模式，也进一步彰显了公司在医学影像数据领域的专业能力和市场价值。
