Executive Director and Chairman, Mr. Liang Zhenjie, has resigned from his positions, including his role as chairman of the Nomination Committee and as the company's authorized representative under Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing rules. This decision comes as Mr. Liang aims to focus more on personal commitments. The company has also appointed a new authorized representative and continues to address its non-compliance with listing regulations. As of now, the board comprises one executive director, Zhang Guocheng, and one non-executive director, Li Jianwen.
