消息面上，香港联交所最新资料显示，9月3日，信能低碳股东将股票由盈立证券转入粤商国际证券，转仓市值246.99万港元，占比5.03%。
此外，信能低碳近日发布截至2025年6月30日止6个月业绩，期内取得收益872万港元，同比减少15.03%，其中节能业务收益808.3万港元，贷款融资业务收益63.7万港元;公司拥有人应占亏损876.1万港元，同比收窄1.65%;每股基本亏损0.043港元。公告称，期内集团继续在中国内地从事节能业务。为丰富收入来源，集团亦参与环保项目，以扩大其在绿色解决方案市场的份额。
