智通财经APP获悉，周二，房多多(DUO.US)涨逾9%，报2.62美元。财报显示，2025年上半年，房多多营收显著增长，从去年同期的1.400亿元人民币增长45.3%至2.034亿元人民币(2840万美元)。营收增长归功于房多多致力于发展其核心项目，并与房地产开发商和代理商建立长期合作伙伴关系。此外，政府的支持性政策，如降低抵押贷款利率和更容易获得信贷，在促进房地产市场方面发挥了关键作用。另外，房多多平台促成的总闭环GMV(商品交易总额)增长27.3%，从去年同期的62亿元人民币增至80亿元人民币(11亿美元)。
