Net Pacific Financial (SGX:5QY) appointed Chan Chun Kit as chief operating officer, effective Aug. 29, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Chan will oversee the company's business segments and will ensure the executive of its business direction and strategies in the new role.
Shares of the company were up over 6% in Monday trading.
