智通财经APP获悉，恒大物业(06666)早盘跌近6%，截至发稿，跌3.37%，报0.86港元，成交额3607.46万港元。
消息面上，恒大物业发布中期业绩，上半年营业收入约66.47亿元，同比增长约6.9%；毛利润约11.99亿元；毛利率约18%，同比下降约2.2个百分点；公司拥有人应占利润约4.72亿元，同比减少5.64%。此外，由于中国恒大集团正被清盘，恒大物业管理层预计从中国恒大集团获得的经济利益不乐观且具有高度不确定性。
值得注意的是，8月中旬有媒体报道称，法院指定的中国恒大清盘人正与瑞银和中信证券为其子公司恒大物业寻找潜在买家。报道指，清盘人表示，债权人特别关注恒大物业这一部分资产的处理。此前，恒大集团的清算人曾尝试出售该物业管理部门，但均以失败告终。据悉，中国恒大已于8月25日上午九时起取消上市地位。
