消息面上，集海资源发布中期业绩，上半年收入3.03亿元人民币，同比增加28.5%；母公司拥有人应占溢利6276.2万元，同比增加9.56%；每股基本盈利3.14分；拟派发中期股息每股3港仙。
根据公司招股书，集海资源为一家黄金勘探、开采及加工公司，销售由公司加工的金精矿制成的金锭，主要为Au99.95金锭。根据弗若斯特沙利文报告，集海资源为2022年山东省第三大黄金开采公司，市场份额为2.6%（按矿山产量计），但就金矿产量而言，两大参与者的合计市场份额约为78.3%。
