智通财经APP讯，CWT INT'L(00521)公布，公司非全资附属公司兼时瑞金融集团(集团金融服务业务主体)成员 Straits Millennium Pte Ltd(时瑞千禧)已根据《二零一九年支付服务法案》，于今年稍早获得新加坡金融管理局(MAS)原则性批准后，正式取得主要支付机构(MPI)牌照，自2025年9月1日生效。该主要支付机构牌照能使时瑞千禧得以提供跨境汇款服务及数字支付代币服务，促进数字支付代币与法定货币在金融市场中的兑换。
董事会认为，时瑞千禧通过提供其持牌服务，将促进传统金融市场(包括衍生品和大宗商品等时瑞金融集团具备深厚专业经验的领域)与新兴数字资产类别之间的互联互通。通过在合规安全的生态系统中运营受监管的高效平台，时瑞金融集团将以值得信赖的成熟金融服务提供者的定位，满足客户对专业化数字资产接入日益增长的需求，进而对其现有交易及投资目标形成补充。
