智通财经APP获悉，交银国际发布研报称，鉴于中国香港零售市场或仍需时间整固，轻微下调置富产业信托(00778)2025年及2026年收入及分派预测，但相信股票市场及房地产表现的改善或将带来财富效应，并在中长期有助稳定市场，预测2026年及2027年分派可按年增长约2%至3%。沪深港通的潜在纳入将成为未来12个月的关键催化剂，叠加降息影响应大于租金调整预期变化影响。鉴于利率和折现率下调，交银国际小幅上调目标价至5.92港元，维持“买入”评级。
交银国际表示，置富产业信托以必需消费为主的中国香港零售组合保持韧性，大致将保持高出租率。近期HIBOR的波动引至股价下跌，但相信今年9月或年末美联储降息将有助于公司股价回升。
