智通财经APP获悉，富阳(00352)反弹近70%，盘中高见0.53港元，较上周高点2.2港元仍低75%，截至发稿，涨54.1%，报0.47港元，成交额1478.04万港元。
消息面上，富阳发布公告，上市委员会经考虑该公司及上市科提交的书面及口头陈述后，认为富阳未能维持上市规则要求的足够营运水平及资产规模，以确保股份持续上市，故维持上市科对该公司暂停买卖股份的决定。据悉，公司自上市以来仅经营房地产代理业务，过去数年业务规模极小上市委员会对该业务是否可行及可持续表示担忧。
公告显示，公司可于9月8日前，将上市委员会决定提交上市复核委员会复核。若未提出复核申请，股份将自9月9日上午九时起暂停买卖。在此之前，股份买卖将继续进行。据悉，今年6月13日，富阳就曾接获联交所通知，指公司未能维持上市规则所规定的足够营运水平。6月24日，富阳公告称将该决定提交上市委员会复核。因此，公司股份将继续买卖。
