智通财经APP获悉，内房股普遍走低，截至发稿，中梁控股(02772)跌5.26%，报0.072港元；中国海外宏洋集团(00081)跌3.67%，报2.36港元；新城发展(01030)跌3.56%，报2.44港元；雅居乐集团(03383)跌2.22%，报0.44港元。
消息面上，克而瑞近日披露的数据显示，2025年前八个月，百强房企累计实现操盘销售额20708.8亿元，同比下降13.1%，降幅较前七个月扩大0.6个百分点。其中，8月单月操盘销售额为2070.4亿元，环比降低1.9%，同比降低17.6%。
国盛证券指出，8月房地产市场整体延续调整态势，百强房企销售金额环比继续下降，单月销售降幅因上年基数较低而收窄，累计同比降幅进一步扩大。中邮证券则认为，继北京五环外购房政策优化后，上海外环外购房政策优化亦在上周落地，后续两个月楼市将迎来传统旺季，该行预计市场热度将有所提升。
