智通财经APP获悉，瑞银发布研报称，北京首都机场股份(00694)上半年收入同比增长2.6%至28亿元人民币(下同)，亏损收窄至1.63亿元，而去年同期亏损为3.76亿元，但业绩低于该行及市场预期。该行对其2025至27年每股盈利预测由0.02元、0.08元及0.13元，下调至分别负0.05元、0元及0.04元，同时将目标价由3.1港元轻微上调至3.22港元，因加权平均资本成本(WACC)下调;维持中性评级。
