Washington H. Soul Pattinson and Company (ASX:SOL) and Brickworks (ASX:BKW) said that a second court hearing to approve their proposed merger via two interconditional schemes of arrangement will be held on Sept. 12 in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, according to separate Australian bourse filings on Tuesday.
