智通财经APP讯，维珍妮(02199)发布公告,鉴于2024年维珍妮智创居住单位租赁协议将于2025年9月30日届满，故公司间接全资附属公司维珍妮智创与维珍妮投资物业于2025年9月2日订立新物业租赁协议。2025年维珍妮智创居住单位租赁协议将于2025年10月1日生效，据此，维珍妮智创同意向维珍妮投资租赁该物业，自2025年10月1日起至2026年9月30日止为期一年，月租为人民币21.09万元(相当于约港币22.99万元)。
该物业位于中国广东省肇庆市肇庆新区砚阳大道8号保利和悦花园1栋的128个公寓单位，建筑面积为约14,061平方米。
