中国房企<a href="https://laohu8.com/S/01030">新城发展</a>引入战略合作伙伴，部署RWA应用
路透香港9月1日 - 中国房地产开发商新城发展1030.HK周一表示，它通过630万美元的配股引入了一个新的战略合作伙伴，以加速其在现实世界资产（RWA）应用领域的部署。
用代币筹集资金的举措在中国大型开发商中尚属首次。自2021年房地产行业陷入债务危机，导致大量违约以来，房地产公司一直在争相寻求流动资金。
新城发展在一份文件中表示，将向Blockchain Metaverse Academy发行0.27%的扩大股份，后者是一家在澳洲注册的公司，从事数字资产和 RWA 业务，RWA 是可以代币化并带入区块链生态系统的有形资产。
新城发展表示："通过此次战略合作，公司有望大大降低独立探索 RWA 应用所带来的风险和成本，从而提高在该领域的创新速度和效率。”
按照每股 2.5845 港元的认购价（比上周五收盘价溢价4.2%）计算，新城发展将从此次配股中筹集 4,940 万港元（632 万美元）。
公告发布后，新城发展股价周一一度上涨5%，但午盘涨幅缩减至约1.6%。
新城发展上周五在香港成立了新城发展数字资产研究院，探索将其IP资源和资产收益代币化的可行性。（完）
