9月1日消息，《中国消费者报》发文公布多款食品直播间食品配料表存在公示模糊问题现象，还有部分商品需要消费者下单后才能获取准确信息，涉及“海底捞”“东方甄选”“高途佳品”等。

　　新浪科技就此询问海底捞方面，对方暂无回应。

　　据报道，8月20日16时58分，“海底捞调味料官方旗舰店”直播间销售一款“海底捞肥汁米线官方旗舰店速食米粉家庭夜宵方便面酸辣粉袋装粉丝”，宣称是“0油炸米线”“0添加人工色素”等。商品详情页虽列出保质期、产地、致敏信息和贮存条件等信息，但未直接公示配料表，包装图放大后仍无法识别。最后，客服应记者要求发来的照片才完整展示米线各调料包的具体配料及致敏原信息。

此外，8月12日22时31分，“海底捞官方旗舰店”直播间直播间销售“海底捞500g丸子套餐鱼丸×1蟹棒×1脆骨鱼豆腐× 1”套餐，产品信息中只标明了各类丸子的重量，未公示各类丸子配料，客服事后才发来外包装照片。
