Sigma Healthcare (ASX:SIG) received notice that Jack Gance, a non-executive director and Chemist Warehouse co-founder, lowered his holdings in the company to 12.34% from 13.67%, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
Gance now owns 1.42 billion shares in the company, the filing said.
Shares of the company rose past 1% in recent Monday trade.
