智通财经APP讯，国富量子(00290)公布，公司获公司单一最大股东柳志伟博士及股东王涛先生分别告知，于2025年9月1日，柳志伟博士连同AI International Capital Management Ltd.(由柳志伟博士全资拥有)、Caitex Technology Holdings Limited(由淳大国际资本管理有限公司全资拥有，而淳大国际资本管理有限公司由柳志伟博士全资拥有)及王涛先生(统称“卖方”)已与FINAL TOUCH LTD.(买方)订立买卖协议，有条件出售合共约18.485亿股公司股份，相当于本公告日期本公司已发行股本总数约20.31%，代价为约31.42亿港元。买方为华检医疗(01931)的全资附属公司。出售事项须待买卖协议所载若干先决条件达成(或获豁免)后，方告完成。

紧随买卖协议完成后，柳志伟博士将直接及间接持有合共8832.8万股股份(约占公司已发行股本0.97%)，且不再为公司的单一最大股东，王先生将直接持有约9037.3万股股份(约占公司已发行股本0.99%)，而买方及其最终控股公司华检医疗将持有公司约18.485亿股股份(约占公司已发行股本总数20.31%)，并成为公司的单一最大股东。董事会预期出售事项或公司单一最大股东变动不会对公司的日常营运造成任何重大不利影响。

此外，公司已向联交所申请自2025年9月1日下午一时正起恢复公司股份买卖。
