9月1日，《中国消费者报》发文公布多款食品直播间食品配料表存在公示模糊问题现象，还有部分商品需要消费者下单后才能获取准确信息，涉及“海底捞”“东方甄选”“高途佳品”等。
新浪科技就此询问高途佳品，对方暂无回应。
据报道，8月12日19时14分，在“高途佳品”直播间销售一款标称为“汇柒鲜羊蝎子火锅1260g1盒/1260g2盒tz”的商品，详情页显示来自“汇柒鲜生鲜旗舰店”，页面中的配料表照片文字模糊难以辨认。记者向客服询问后，对方才发来标注品名、配料、净含量及保质期的图片，但未注明致敏原信息，且配料表后又用括号标注“详见商品包装”。
8月13日19时16分，该直播间销售“【高途专属】内蒙直发草原酱牛肉健身后腿肉熟食开袋即食150g×5包”，销量达91万袋，未在商品详情中公示配料表，客服称将反馈该问题。
