智通财经APP获悉，英诺赛科(02577)飙升逾13%，高见98.7港元再创新高。截至发稿，涨12.36%，报97港元，成交额10.27亿港元。
消息面上，英诺赛科此前发布中期业绩。上半年实现销售收入5.53亿元，同比增长43.4%；毛利率为6.8%，对比2024年同期实现毛利率转正，大幅提升28.4个百分点，这是公司首次录得毛利为正；净亏损约4.29亿元，同比收窄12.16%。值得注意的是，上半年，公司面向AI及数据中心的销售同比增长180%，基于100V氮化镓的48v-12v应用进入量产。
此外，据财联社报道，记者从英诺赛科方面获悉，目前，公司已与机器人领域头部企业合作，并成功推出全球首款氮化镓机器人。“今年，由公司提供芯片的氮化镓机器人出货数量有望突破万级规模，单台机器人所需氮化镓芯片约300颗，而随着技术的持续迭代，人形机器人对氮化镓芯片的需求将显著攀升，单台机器人的氮化镓芯片使用量有望增长至1000颗，以实现手指、腰部等关键部位完成难度更高、更复杂的动作。”英诺赛科方面表示。
