智通财经APP讯，永升服务(01995)发布公告，由于集团进行职责调任以进一步加强管理团队，董事会已进行以下变更，自2025年9月1日起生效：
执行董事周洪斌先生(周先生)不再担任集团总裁，并获委任为董事会副主席;
非执行董事林祝波先生(林先生)调任为执行董事，并获委任为总裁及公司战略委员会成员;
非执行董事崔晓青女士(崔女士)不再担任战略委员会成员。
崔女士不再担任成员及林先生获委任为成员(自2025年9月1日起生效)后，战略委员会由四名成员组成，分别为林中先生(担任主席)、周先生、林先生及周迪先生，彼等均为执行董事。
