智通财经APP讯，新鸿基地产(00016)发布2024/25年度全年业绩，收入797.21亿港元，同比增加11.49%;股东应占溢利192.77亿港元，同比增加1.21%;每股基本盈利6.65港元;拟派发末期股息每股2.8港元。
公告称，回顾年内，来自物业销售的溢利为港币82.9亿元，去年为港币78.5亿元。按所占权益计算，年内取得的合约销售总额约港币466亿元。
截至2025年6月30日，按所占楼面面积计算，集团在香港的土地储备约有5740万平方尺，当中约1330万平方尺为发展中且可供出售的住宅。集团发展项目充裕，足够未来六至七年的发展所需。余下部分中，约3770万平方尺为多元化的已落成物业，其中绝大部分用作出租及长线投资，为集团带来可观的经常性收入。集团将继续秉承其一贯严谨的理财守则，在合适时机补充香港的土地储备，以推动集团未来的业务增长。
