圆通国际快递(6123.HK)公布，今日订立初步买卖协议，以613.15万美元总代价，收购哈萨克斯坦阿拉木图州Baiserke村霍尔果斯－阿拉木图公路南侧土地，土地面积44.2万平方米。公司拟将有关土地用于兴建保税及非保税仓、保税及非保税堆场、合资物流仓及生活配套设施。 董事认为，收购事项可让公司借助该等土地的位置及资源优势，在重点区域和国家、关键市场等构建物流枢纽节点，加大对物流核心基础设施的建设投入，与集团在仓储、交付、物流能力等方面产生协同效应，从而优化跨境物流产品矩阵，延伸跨境物流服务链路，着力发展国际快递、国际货运和供应链业务，进一步提升全球化综合服务能力，并稳步构建“中国联世界，世界联世界”的全球物流网络。
