智通财经APP获悉，新濠国际发展(00200)绩后高开逾12%，截至发稿，涨12.57%，报6港元，成交额1074.6万港元。
消息面上，8月29日，新濠国际发展发布截至2025年6月30日止6个月业绩，该集团期内取得净收益199.65亿港元，同比增加12.38%；公司拥有人应占溢利3.51亿港元，同比扭亏为盈；每股基本盈利0.18港元。
公告称，股东应占扭亏为盈主要可归因于截至2025年6月30日止6个月娱乐场及酒店营运的表现提升，惟有关提升因业务活动增加导致经营成本上涨而被部分抵销。净收益增加主要是由于整体博彩及非博彩营运的表现提升。
截至2025年6月30日止6个月，由于三间摩卡娱乐场将于2025年年底前结束营运，而余下三间摩卡娱乐场将营运至澳门的批给届满日期，集团就摩卡娱乐场的商标确认减值2730万港元(截至2024年6月30日止6个月：无)。此外，由于澳门新濠锋的表现未有改善，集团于截至2025年6月30日止6个月就若干物业、厂房及设备(扣除无形资产之减值拨回)确认减值 500万港元。
