纳斯达克 Verafin（Nasdaq Verafin）与欺诈检测公司 BioCatch 于周三宣布，双方已建立战略合作伙伴关系，将整合各自技术以应对日益增多的支付欺诈行为。

　　银行及支付机构正面临越来越大的压力，需保护客户免受诈骗及社会工程学骗局的侵害 —— 这类骗局利用快速支付系统的漏洞，实时盗取账户资金。

　　在首席执行官阿德纳・弗里德曼（Adena Friedman）的带领下，纳斯达克已不再局限于证券交易所运营商的角色，而是通过收购拓展业务，打造了一套更全面的金融科技工具。2020 年，纳斯达克曾以 27.5 亿美元的价格收购反金融犯罪软件开发商 Verafin。

　　BioCatch 的金融犯罪防范平台可对多达 3000 个独特的行为及设备相关数据点进行实时分析。

　　在此次合作的第一阶段，BioCatch 的预警信息及分析洞见将整合至纳斯达克 Verafin 平台中。

　　两家公司表示，此次整合旨在通过结合行为数据与交易数据强化欺诈防范能力，助力金融机构在资金转出客户账户前拦截可疑支付行为。

　　目前，已有超过 2600 家金融机构使用纳斯达克 Verafin 的金融犯罪管理技术，这些机构的总资产规模超过 10 万亿美元。
