ChainCatcher 消息，据 Cointelegraph 报道，日本上市公司 Metaplanet 股东批准增加授权股份并制定优先股条款，最高发行额度为 38 亿美元，所得款项主要用于收购比特币。
此前消息，Metaplanet 股东在临时股东大会上批准增加授权股份总数、允许召开虚拟股东大会及设立永久优先股新条款三项决议。Metaplanet 总裁表示，公司计划于 2027 年前累计购入 21 万枚比特币。
