消息面上，OPEC+产油国联盟周末召开会议，宣布10月再次提高原油产量13.7万桶/日，再次增产将意味着OPEC+开始解除第二层减产计划。解除时间比原定计划提前了一年多。此前有媒体报道，OPEC+的领导者沙特正推动该组织考虑恢复更多石油产量，以重新夺回市场份额。
国泰海通证券指出，重申原油增产利好油运需求继续增长。2025上半年OPEC+加速增产但利好未如期体现，源于中东增产内销对冲，及美湾出口转向欧洲致航距缩短。考虑中东内需旺季结束出口增加及南美长航线增产，提示下半年增产利好或逐步体现，将助力Q4旺季表现，业界乐观期待。据CNBC，沙特希望OPEC+继续加速增产夺回份额并对冲油价下降，我们认为若执行将进一步利好油运需求增长。
