智通财经APP讯，JBB BUILDERS(01903)发布公告，本集团预期截至2025年6月30日止年度将取得本公司拥有人应占溢利约130万林吉特，而截至2024年6月30日止年度本集团则取得本公司拥有人应占溢利约300万林吉特。
截至2025年6月30日止年度的业绩从公告所述取得预期亏损状况转为预期溢利状况，主要是由于根据独立估值师在考虑新资料后作出的最新预期损失率，减少对贸易应收账款及合约资产减值亏损拨备确认约860万林吉特。因此，截至2025年6月30日止年度将确认的贸易应收款项及合约资产减值亏损拨备较公告所载的预期大幅减少。
