New World Development's (HKG:0017) jointly-developed Deep Water Pavilia and The Pavilia Forest projects in Hong Kong have sold more than HK$14.6 billion worth of flats, The Standard reported Friday.
A total of 574 flats had been sold in the Deep Water Pavilia project for HK$10 billion as of August, translating into an average price per square foot of HK$27,000.
Deep Water Pavilia is the phase 5A residential project of The Southside mall located in Wong Chuk Hang.
Meanwhile, The Pavilia Forest in Kai Tak saw sales of 663 units for HK$4.6 billion, the report said.
